Sobre este artículo
"THE CANONS OF COLORADO" from Photographs by W.H. Jackson. Circa 1890's (there is no date of publication stated); Frank S. Thayer; Denver. The book is a collection of 16 black & white photographic images in accordion-style. The plates measure 7 3/4" tall x 5 1/4" wide. W.H. Jackson was an American photographer, Civil War veteran, painter, and explorer famous for his images of the American West.
Condition:
Clean front cover; there are a couple of tiny stain spots on the back cover. Tiny cloth tears at the top and bottom edges of the spine. Nice interior - there is some light soiling to the title page, and a few of the images have a small, light stain at the top margin (the image itself is unaffected). The second-to-last and third-to-last have nearly separated along the outer edge, but are still attached by 1" at the top. There is an inscription written in pen dated 1913 on the back of the front flap. Overall the book is in Very Good- condition.
