From the Cape to Cairo The First Traverse of Africa from South to North (1909) by Ewart S. Grogan and Arthur H. Sharp has seven plates, a folding map and a frontispiece. Through the Heart of Patagonia (1911) by H. Hesketh Prichard has seven illustrations and a frontispiece.Collated, complete. In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, very smart with spines being a little faded and head and tails a little bumped. Rear hinge is starting and remains generally firm to Patagonia. Front and rear hinges starting to Cape to Cairo but both remain firm. Internally, firmly bound with bright and clean pages. Very Good

Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
