Title page present, dated April 13, 1966, rubber stamped copy No. 18, with credits for screenwriters Waters and Moessinger. 65 leaves, with last page of text numbered 63. Mimeograph on yellow stock, with goldenrod revision pages throughout, dated 4-20-66 and 4-26-66. Pages Fine, wrapper Near Fine bound with two gold brads.
