Sobre este artículo

Chicago: University of Chicago Press, 1962. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Good/Fair. 1st Edition, no other printings noted on copyright page. Milton Friedman's finest work, describing how an economy free of outside influence prospers and eventually solves poverty and social issues. We have priced the book based on the condition issues. Blue paper dust jacket with title in white and author in black surrounded by yellow to front panel, title in white, author in black and publishers device in black to spine of dust jacket, a summary of title to rear panel of dust jacket and flaps, not price clipped ($3.95), dark blue cloth over boards, title in gilt to front board, title, author and publisher in gilt to spine, top edge stained blue; measures 8 3/4" by 5 3/4", pagination: [i-xiii], [1] 2-202. Overall a generous good condition. The dust jacket is in fair condition, a 3" by 2" chip is missing from the front panel, 3" closed tear at front flap, 1/8" chip missing at top of rear joint, edgewear, etc. The textblock and hinges are sound, the prior owner made extensive notations in pencil, much of which was erased, however some were made in pen to two pages and two sentences on the rear endpapers. Please see the photos.
