P. Clements, and George W. Bush. The signatures are on a translucent limitation page in the front of the book. This special edition was limited to 1000 copies of which this is no. 662. The Austin American Statesman newspaper issued this book shortly after the restoration of the Capitol in 1995.. Part of the proceeds from the sale went to the restoration fund.
