Charles Neill wrote about his great grandmother named Mary T. Waggaman who was called as ?little grandma?. Charles? grandmother, Esther Waggaman Neill, was among her daughters. She got married to Charles P. Neill with whom he got his name. He has a massive family history of the Waggamans, indited by a relative - of which there are a number. Aside from the 11 kids in her very own family, Mary T. Waggaman's brother-in-law, Thomas Ennals Waggaman, had 21 kids by 3 partners ? the 1st 2 partners had 7 kids separately and soon passed away. His 3rd partner lived longer than him. The total number of relatives he has were extremely difficult to count. He realized that he has so many cousins.
