Harper & Row, 1968-01-01. Hardcover. Very Good. 1968 First edition, signed and inscribed by author, Lois Crisler, wildlife photographer and arctic explorer. Dustcover has a few small nicks along edges, no tears. Hardcover boards still very flat, minor edge wear, corners still sharp. Title on front and spine, protected by dustcover are in like new condition. Spine softened at edges, no tears or fraying. Hinges and gutters very good, very well attached to binding. Pages, leading edge is rough cut, are in like new condition.
