Sobre este artículo
Harcourt Brace Jovanovich, 1977. 1st Edition 2nd Printing. Hardcover. Very Good/Good. Book is clean with a square, tight binding and clear clean text inside. Book has a slight bump to top of the spine and wear to edges that are difficult to see in the scans. Book has an inventory stamp and a small letter "D" on the top right of the front free end paper. Remainder of the interior text is free from any apparent marks. Dust jacket is yellowed on the inside, has significant wear to all edges, small tears on the corners, loss of gloss, but has protected the book beautifully all these years. Translated from the Italian by William Weaver, The Castle of the Crossed Destinies uses the device of the tarot cards and their archetypal narratives to create a series of short fantastic narratives. In a fairy tale setting - a castle ans a tavern in the heart of a dense wood - a company of men and women are brought together by chance. Distraught by strange adventures, they find they have lost their voices. The book you see in the images is the actual book we have for sale. Why pay more? When you buy this book from us, you are helping to support a small brick and mortar family owned store. We have been curating our collection for three generations and currently have over 250,000 volumes in stock. Please feel free to call for more stock.
