Based on the 1968 rock musical, which was in turn based on Shakespeare's "Othello." Othello, the pacifist leader of a hippie commune in the New Mexico desert, faces off against conniving, devilish dropout Iago.
Set and shot on location in Espanola and Santa Fe, New Mexico.
