On e of 240 numbered copies (of which 225 were for sale), printed by James Rob ertson at the Yolla Bolly Press, bound by Hans Schuberth; signed by Houston , Livingston and both James and Carolyn Robertson on limitation page. VG- i n half maroon morocco over dark gray cloth, gilt-stamped spine, upper cover stamped blind, brown endpapers, deckled bottom edges. With publisher's mat erial (including prospectus), enclosed in publisher's gray heavy stock card board slipcase.(severe bump to spine top of book & slipcase; short tear to slipcase).4 woodcut illus / plates.
