In his photographic book CENSURA, Julián Barón presents a work based on the style of the "broken camera", using powerful flashes that blind both the viewer and the character photographed and turn this photographic error into a political language. In this great circus of politics, photography and censorship combine to manipulate people using the image as a document, using mainstream media to subtly but constantly mask those aspects that do not respond to party demands, blurring and distorting reality.
