Providence, R.I.: Sidney S. Rider, 1896 Book. Illus. by Facsimile Tickets/Documents. Very Good. Hardcover. Limited to 250 Copies. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Green cloth on boards. The Providence Journal Library in gilt on cover. Rebound 1948. Schools, libraries, and organizations such as the Masons raised funds by lottery, while even the legislatures found lotteries more productive than taxation. 123 pp..
