Blessings. Ambika. Ambika developed as a healer over many years of training and clinical practice. She trained as a bioenergetic psychotherapist with European and American therapists at the Finca La Follenca in southern Spain and later discovered the wonders of classical homeopathy. She studied homeopathy in the UK and attended The School of Homeopathic Medicine in North Yorkshire, UK. In 1997 Ambika returned to the USA to start the Institute of Life Energy Medicine. This combines the modalities of classical homeopathy, soul psychology and energy medicine for healing both physical pathology, as well as emotional and mental issues . This combination brings inner clarity, emotional balance and physical strength. She completed undergraduate studies at UCLA, majoring in history and received an MFA from the Royal College of Art, London, UK, and a Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine from The College of Homeopathy, North Yorkshire, UK. She attended The Carl Jung Institute in Zurich, Switzerland, where she studied the archetypes of the collective unconscious. She was invited to introduce homeopathy to Visa International's Communications Team as well as facilitate chakra balancing workshops for Piatkus Publishing. Ambika's first book was published in the UK in 1993 to literary acclaim and was followed with 28 books and card decks published in over 14 languages. Ambika Wauters explores how linking classic archetypes to the seven chakras in the human energy system can reveal unconscious ways of behaving and serve as a valuable tool for transformation and healing.
