A clean, well-preserved copy of this large paperback, 52 pages, illustrated with numerous black and white photos and four pages of color drawings, "The Vought F4U was first designed in 1938 by an engineering team led by Rex Beisel. Its distinction lay in its unusual bent wing platform or inverted gull-wing design," front cover has a small amount of rubbing along the front edge of the spine and there is a small, faint label ghost at the top front corner, contents are pristine, no other flaws .
