Duodecimo, 17.5 x 10 cm (7 x 4") period full blue crushed levant morocco, each cover with a geometric art deco design tooled in gilt and blind and with four green morocco onlays. Spine gilt with an additional green morocco onlay, blind-ruled dentelles, marbled endpapers, top edge gilt, other edges untrimmed, pp. [vi], 164, [3]. Illustrations by Joseph Hémard. Fine condition. Note: Lovely binding design and execution. Binding unsigned, and binder unknown to cataloguer.
