New York: Alfred A. Knopf, 1929. Pocket book edition. Small hardcover. 261 pages. Includes nine short stories by Russian writer Gorky. An about very good copy with a faint moisture stain to the bottom of the spine and some sunning to the top of the spine in a very good price clipped dust jacket with some chipping to the spine ends and faint stain to the base of the spine and toning to spine and some other minor wear as well. Despite the litany of the flaws a solid copy of a book that is uncommon in any dust jacket.

Books are returnable for any reason within 10 days provided they are returned in the same condition they were sent.
