New York: Anglo-French Drug Co., [1930]. wraps. 8 pp. (unnumbered) In the Jan. 1929 issue of JAMA Dr. Leila Charlton Knox summarized her experience to the effect" that colloidal lead may have a decidedly beneficial effect on patients suffering from malignant tumors, and that occasionally ulcerated surfaces will heal without other treatment and with moderate doses". The pamphlet summarizes the research findings at Bristol Royal Infirmary following this report. Additionally it provides information on Untoward Symptoms, Administration and Dosage and How Supplied. It concludes with statements indicating that the Infirmary received no profit for the study; it was done in the interest of humanity. The last page is promotion for the chemotherapeutic agent.
