Official illustrated program of the 1939 annual convention of the patriotic military veterans' organization, The American Legion. Held in Chicago, the convention brochure by artist Joe E. Ephemera laid in includes a circular letter of welcome from the American Legion's national commander, a brochure listing military unit reunion information (including reunions for women), and a brochure listing 13 industrial tours available to convention goers.
