Signed by Scott Carson (the Author), James Coltrane a.k.a Stewart O'Nan (author of the Foreword), and François Vaillancourt (Illustrator) on the Limitation Page. This is marked "PC" (publisher's copy or Presentation copy) of 52 Hand-Lettered copies. The book has 12 full-color illustrations and a full-color frontispiece hand-tipped at the front of the book by François Vaillancourt. No dust jacket as issued The Boards are Fine with no bumps. Text Clean, no marks. The Traycase is also Fine with no flaws. This copy arrived in the publisher's shrink-wrap and was removed to verify the limitation number and photograph. The retail price of this beautifully produced lettered edition was $950 and quickly sold out on the publisher's site.
