Paris.: Compagnie Des Antilles.. circa1890s.. Tea crate label 16.5 x 22 cms, textured cream stock, with coloured ilustration and adjacent text panel in red, in very good condition. Attractive advertising ephemera for Compagnie des Antilles, a French wholesaler founded in 1884 by René Honoré Collas. The company was very succesful, winning two gold medals at the Nice Exhibition of 1892. .
