Solid "New Edition" bound in blue cloth with titles and decoration in blue and gilt. t.e.g. Illustrated. Square and clean throughout. Front hinge starting. Some wear to spine ends, edges and tips. Spine mildly toning. One ad page torn where it was roughly opened. Still bright. Originally published in 1886 and reprinted several times before the turn of the century. An attractive collectable copy of a surprisingly uncommon edition and at a great price.
