Hardcover with dustjacket, a beautiful copy of this "Completely revised, newly Illustrated edition of the universally popular children's story about adoption," this is a later printing of the second edition, book looks new, no remarkable flaws, jacket is in great shape with two minor flaws only: a tiny edge-tear at the bottom of the front panel and mild tanning adjacent to the spine on the rear panel, the original price (3.50) is present and a professional (removable) mylar cover is included, illustrated in color and black and white by Hildegarde Woodward; 47 pages .
