Geoffrey Bles , 1935 . First edition in price-clipped jacket. The jacket has been reinforced with sellotape on the reverse, with some show-through where the tape has darkened with age. There is some loss to the jacket at the folds & the spine, & a partly removed price label on the spine. The publisher's logo, printed in coloured ink, has faded on the spine, but the title and author's name remain fully legible. Both flaps are creased at the edge. The book itself is in very good condition, with a foxed outer edge.
