Hardback book is in very nice condition. Boards sharp and clean.Title gilt perfect. Text block clean, with very light toning to edges. Sharp spine ends. Feels lightly read. Printed on glossy paper, pages crisp and unblemished. Jacket smart, with a touch of edge wear and some slight grubbiness to panels and spine. Overall a near fine copy. For grading accuracy books are photographed without a protective book cover. Note we do not use stock images, the book pictured is the book described. A really lovely copy of this popular Churchill title, very heavily illustrated with B&W plates. Note the spine is not faded it is blank as published.
