Jackson is visible on some of them, and John Jackson, who was apprenticed to THomas Bewick, had done much work for The Penny Magazine "where the greater part of this work was published in a series of articles. In its present form it has been revised and considerably enlarged,..." Some rubbing on the boards, and scuffing at the cover edges.
