Includes 73 pages of honor rolls. good to very good This is a brief narrative of history of the 54th (Kootenay) battalion in World War I, written by "One of Them", later determined to be Major John Bailey Beswick. The battalion was in action as Vimy, Passchendaele, Canal du Nord, the Scarpe, and others. 1919
