Hardcover with dustjacket, a rather scarce title, nicely-illustrated by Dorothy O'Reilly Aniol, beige cloth binding with an illustration of a monkey riding an elephant on the front and dark blue titles on the front and spine, the front cover and spine looks new, the back cover has five punctures near the top edge that are most likely from a dog, the former owner's name is present in the "This book belongs to" box on the front end-paper, and there is a dark blemish near the bottom page 53 but all of the text remains readable, no other remarkable flaws to this nice-looking book, the jacket has several edge-chips and is price-clipped, the color illustration on the front panel is in nice shape and a professional (removable) mylar cover is included .
