Includes the publisher's "Notes from History" loosely laid-in. Full black leather binding with four raised spine bands and five compartments. The cover and spine decorations are in 22 kt gold, all edges are gilt; silk moire end papers with yellot silk ribbon bookmark; printed on archival acid-free paper with smyth sewing. A nice clean, tight and unmarked book with no interior or exterior markings. This book appears to have been unread.
