New York, NY: Gilberton, 1953 Comic in F (6.0) condition according to the Overstreet Comic Book Grading Guide, 3rd. Edition. This is a subscription issue and therefore there is a vertical mailing crease down through the center of the comic which has caused some losses of inks on both the front and back covers and a serious stress crease on the front cover. The comic is flat, with no spine roll. The inks are quite reflective and the colors are bright. The staples are bright, inline and have no staple tears, but they are placed slightly onto the front cover. There is age-browning on the front cover along the spine and is quite evident in the yellow title box. The corners are square. There is exceeding minimal edgewear overall, but there is a very tiny chip missing from the bottom of the back cover (less than 1/8"). The interior pages are supple, very light tan to cream and without tears or other flaws. This comic has been priced according to the Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide, 39th. Edition..
