I absolutely love this book because of the humor and reality she shows in knowing her readers. I love having this book because no matter what is in my kitchen she has a recipe for it. I have yet to go hungry because I feel confident stepping into the kitchen now. The best part would be all the instructions she gives in the start of the book. Like how to defrost a freezer or what to have in a kitchen.
