Upper board very slightly bowed. A little crinkling at the spine end corners. Top edge of the text block is lightly foxed. Inside pages are clean and unmarked. Dustjacket has two small moisture stains on the spine, which is a little darkened. The corners and edges show some wear, including a couple of short closed tears. Light creasing and shelf rubbing. Indexed. Includes full page 'Bird's Eye View of Cobourg in 1874'. May require extra postage due to weight of book. Can arrange for delivery in Cobourg / Port Hope area. B&W Photographs .
