The complete leaf-mining beetles, or Hispinae, often regarded as part of the Cassidinae (Chrysomelidae). Written by the German chrysomelid specialist Erich Leo Ludwig Uhmann (1881-1968). Fascicules 1 and 2 are the expanded and updated Editia Secunda; fascicule 3 contains addenda, corrections, and an obituary - by W. O. Steel - of the editor, the British entomologist Walter Douglas Hincks (1906-1961), with a portrait. Published over a rather long period and therefore seldom offered complete. In fact, all parts are rare. This set is in near mint condition. Parts 2 en 3 separately available, please enquire.
