Bound in salmon cloth stamped in white,gift inscription on half-title page; illustrated dust jacket with a slightly sunned spine, two small dime-sized stains, light chipping to extremities. Wonderful story of a little colt that turns out to be a young unicorn. Fabulous b&w illustrations from graphite drawings by Lathrop throughout. A very scarce Lathrop title rarely found in nice condition.. First Edition. Near Fine/Very Good. 8vo.
