Dust Jacket protected by mylar cover. First printing. True first edition with ""R"" on colophon. 393 pgs. Slight toned on the acknowledgements page through first part of bibliography, probably from a piece of paper used as a book mark. Dust jacket has some rubbing and general edge wear but no significant loss. The front hinge is a little loose but still intact.
