Sobre este artículo

Boston: Printed by Order of the City Council, 1891. First edition. Stitched paper wrappers. Front wrapper detached, chipped, with contemporary notations, title and following leaf chipped at the margins, corrections and occasional notations (in pencil) on a few of the earlier leaves, otherwise clean. A good copy.. 62 pp. 8vo. This issue contains "A list of Boston municipal orators [1771-1891] by C.W. Ernst: p. [55]-62. Quincy shows the huge growth of the population of the United Stated due to immigration, but he seems to indicate that we may need to restrict it. The main arguement however is that peace will come as borders fall away.
