London: Hamish Hamilton, 1972. This well read book has obviously been a favourite in the library. The dust jacket has some rubbing to corners and mends to top and bottom edges. Price clipped. Discard stamps on endpapers, a clip to bottom corner of front free endpaper. Usual library stamps. No pocket or date due paper however. Text has been read and reread. There are chips torn out of the top of quite a few pages. Not in great shape but a readable copy.. HC and DJ. Fair/Fair. Illus. by Erik Blegvad. Ex-Library.
