Twenty hand-coloured plates + frontis portrait. New endpapers. Professionally rebacked with original spine laid down. Cloth repairs to hinges. Wear and cracking to calf at spine, wear to edges. Ink ownership inscription to verso of ffep. Chip to fore edge of frontis, repaired with paper. Some staining and foxing to interior, otherwise a clean, tight copy of an important work of herbal and alternative medicine.
