Original purple cloth with elaborate gilt and black titles and decoration to front cover and spine, blind decoration to rear cover, all edges gilt. VG copy, binding square and reasonably tight, spine ends worn, cloth covers clean, gilt bright, slight discolouration to front cover, spine gently darkened, small ink number to ffep, otherwise internally very good . Very Good. Hardcover. 1870.
