Chatto and Windus, 1890. Hardcover. Good. Two volumes, copyrights 1890 & 1892, good blue cloth hardcovers (no dust jackets if issued) with gilt and black decoration to cover and spine that show some lean to spines, rubbing at edges with bumping to corners, previous owner stickers at top corners of front paste downs, light internal splits and some other light trace wear including some waviness to pages and previous owner marks at title page of volume 6 and tiny tear at top edge of frotn paste down of volume 7. Two volumes combine for nearly a thousand pages with decorative end papers and followed by other Chatto & Windus titles in both volumes. Still pleasing copies of these volumes in the complete works collected and revised by the author.
