Title page states New Edition London, Macmillan and Co, 1879. Preface is by R. M. August,1869. Index to First Lines. Contents, Appendices, Glossary. Contents include The Faerie Queene, Two Canctos of Mutabilitie, The Shepherds Calender, The RuVines of Time, The Teares of the Muses, Virgil's Gnat, etc . Two different nameplates, both with the names imprinted. One has the name Isabel Lazarus No. 138. The other nameplate states "This book belong to Miss Nanie Clayton 1303 McCulloh Street, Baltimore, MD, along with a poem. Blank endpaper has a faded signature of Nanette Clayton's, Baltimore, May 27th, 1884 .
