Empiricism & the Theory of Knowledge were the grounding for modern philosophical theory. Interestingly Locke and Bacon were opposed in many of their outlooks, however their works were regularly published together and this conjunction was instrumental in the evolution of a new discipline.* An ACCEPTABLE copy with considerable wear and no dust jacket.*
