Bernard Tauchnitz, 1870. Hardcover. Acceptable. 303p. Marbled paper boards with black leather spine and corners. Volume 2 only. Heavily rubbed, especially noticeable on leather. The overlap at the top of the spine has been worn away. The leather is flaking on the hinges. Bumped edges with chipping paper. Heavy foxing to endpapers, flyleaves, and front matter; main text pages are yellowing but show very little to no foxing. A few pages have small nicks or tears in the edges. The binding is sound. Size: 16mo - over 5 3/4 in - 6 3/4 in Tall. Year: 1870.
