Pamphlet. 16p., disbound pamphlet in 8x5 inch self-wraps, spinefold stabholes are empty of thread, signs of adhesive are absent, leaves are no longer fastened together but without edgewear. Covers dusty, a good copy. The pseudonym appears to have remained unbroken. Against Lord John Russell's plan to get rid of close boroughs.
