Paris: Merlin, 1775. Published 1775(6), Complerte in 3 Volumes. Vol 1, frontis+illus title+preface+345 pp, Vol 2, illus title+376pp, Vol 3, illus title+315pp, plus 23 engraved plates by Gravelot. Bound in full calf, flat gilt bands, gilt lettering. Each volume professionally rebacked, ( not recently ), calf light rubbed/scuffed, all binding in very good clean firm condition. Internally, no loose pages, no writing/marking, each volume bears the bookplate of Sir Frederick Richmond, occasional light spotting. Pages and engraved plates in good clean condition throughout. A71. Full Leather.

We are a long established company dealing in second-hand, out of print and antiquarian books on all subjects. We are based in Hertfordshire, just 2 miles north of Junction 25 of the M25. We are members of the PBFA and exhibit at a large number of their fairs across the UK. We also exhibit in London at least twice a month at the Russell and Royal National Hotels, and regularly exhibit at H&D fairs in the South East, we also organise a monthly Fair at the Royal National Hotel, this fair has exhibitors specialising in books, maps, prints and ephemera.
