New York: Hill and Wang, 1964. Hardcover. 8vo. Teal green cloth with gilt spine lettering, pictorial dust jacket. xii, 333pp. Near fine/good plus. One front board corner bumped; large chip to jacket rear panel and couple other smaller ones. Attractive, quite tight first edition of this collection of interviews with the popular Chicago novelist. Interestingly, this was Donohue's personal copy, with amusing long signed inscription and directions in black ink on front flyleaf: "Shag's lending copy: / Please return to him -- / HEF / 10003 / Sometime in 1980" -- and further down: "Now hear this: / Burt's lending copy. / Please return to him. / Shag Donohue / 4/6/83 / 11:45 p.m. / Return to Himself."
