The jackets show moderate rubbing and wear with some scuffs and brief edge tears and chips. Jackets are sound and complete. A sound set with secure inner hinges and clean text. The half title page in both volumes has been signed by Lindley Butler, a NC historian. Contains several illustrations. Complete 2 volume set. Volume I is dated 1980; Volume II is dated 1981.

We very likely have the oldest books in Greensboro; we keep a nice selection of antiquarian volumes and scholarly books.
