Sobre este artículo
London: Macmillan, 1964. First edition, first printing. Published by Macmillan in London, 1964. This is a very near fine copy. Designed by Sidney Nolan, the dust wrapper is strikingly illustrated with some fine artwork. There is some slight wear at the corners and some very slight rubbing to the top and tail edges. It has not been price clipped and shows the original 25s net price. The boards, bound in the publishers red cloth, are free from chips and marks. The text blocks are bright, clean and free from foxing. This copy is free from previous owners ink and is, overall, in very near fine condition. The ninth book in C. P. Snow's Strangers and Brothers series. Its title had become a household phrase referring to the centres of government and power after Snow coined it in his earlier novel, Homecomings. (A slightly rueful Foreword to Corridors of Power expresses the hope that he is at least entitled to use his own cliché.)
