The National Magazine Co.,. Hardback. 127pp. First edition of Malcolm Saville's thrid book. Blue and white photo to endpapers. Owner's inscription dated 1944 to endpaper. Faint spotting to endpapers. Red cloth with gilt titles to spine and gilt author's name to front is clean and sound. Gilt to spine is rather dull. Hint of bumping. Dust wrapper is worn to edges with tears to fore-edges and to sine. Large chip to tail of dust wrapper spine. Dust wrapper is clean. Good+, sound copy in chipped and torn dust wrapper . Hardback. First Edition. 1944.
