(UK) 4th Printing Owner's 6 word inscription to the back of the front endpaper, no other markings, a bit of ridging to the gutter of the frot cover, Very Good in unclipped Very Good dust jacket with crease to corner of front flap; DJisin mylar sleeve. Grey boards, no page numbers. B&W photo of nudes. Haskins is best known for his contribution to nude photography, in-camera image montage, and his books, the most influential of which were Cowboy Kate (1965) and Haskins Posters (1973). This book was probably the first creative black-and-white book of the 20th century to deliberately explore black-and-white photographic grain as a medium for expression and image design. The book was highly influential at the time and went on to sell roughly a million copies worldwide and win the Prix Nadar in France in 1964. A heavy oversize book. (4.1 JM LVR 201/b6. Hardcover. Postage is $6.99 US, media mail for the first book the US weighing up to 2 pounds; $3.00 for each additional book for shipping by media mail to the US for books weighing up to 2 pounds. Books weighing more than 2 pounds, and priority shipping will be quoted. We are glad to quote delivery cost to international buyers. Books are carefully wrapped and shipped in corrugated cardboard cartons. Books are returnable for a full refund if the book is not as described. The book price only will be refunded for any other reason. Please notify JWMah in advance of any return within 7 days of receipt of the book before sending it back.
