Signed by author to half title page with drawing of a wooden barrel and dated 1967. Brown cloth boards with gilt particulars to spine. Pictorial dust jacket and decorative endpapers. Black and white illustrations throughout text. No previous owners' names or other markings. Pages bright and clean. Small closed tear to back exterior bottom edge of dust jacket as well as light soiling (see image). 8 1/4 x 11 1/4 inches.
